Weekly meeting amongst the team members are one of the key reason for success of JEEVIKA initiative within 6 months of its initiation. Weekly meetings are arranged on every Saturday at cluster office Deolikala centre ( near the project villages), in which Project coordinator, field coordinator and all cluster coordinators present their weekly progress report over their weekly action plan and activity schedule. Here we discuss about problems on field level and strategy of each person for learning from each other and develop some communication material like Slogan for wall painting and banner etc.
