The launching programme was followed with the two and half days orientation programme for the JEEVIKA project staff and PRI members on various aspects of JEEVIKA project initiating from RBM (Result based management in JEEVIKA project), gender, finance management, role of PRI and Job Descriptions of JEEVIKA project team the entire orientation programme has been facilitated by Caritas India team, team members from LIFE (Rajasthan) and HARIT PRAYAS projects ( Bundelkhand region). Key aspects of the orientation programme was team members from ongoing successful and impact based projects like LIFE and HARIT PRAYAS of Caritas India has taken the sessions and shared how the change is possible also it’s the 1st time that PRI members also were the part of entire two and half day orientation programme so that they could also understand the process and implementation part of the project.
