November had been a month of legislative election; our coordinators were busy for raising awareness about community’s voting right and motivating them to vote. We told them to select eligible candidate, because one eligible candidate can lead them towards a brighter future. We did aware them about harmful effects of selfish voting and giving importance to caste, money, etc., in voting. People shared their experiences about corruption and illegal practices of their past leaders. They told how these practices changed their lives. They understood the importance of correct and responsible leader, and promised us to take care of our suggestion during voting.
