Project Goal
Economic, social and political empowerment of the marg- inalized community so that they can lead a dignified life. Enabling them to participate in development processes, establishing inclusive governance and ensuring sustainable livelihood.

- Informed communities ensure, demand and secure their rights on different government programmes related to livelihood.
- Ensure participation of women and marginalised groups in the socioeconomic development in their region.
- Systems and practices of economical and sustainable management of land and water resources strength-ened for increasing agriculture production.

Location: The project is being implemented in 104 villages of 57 Panchayats of 11 blocks of 7 districts of Madhya Pradesh.
15 villages of Thandla block (Jhabuwa district) , 15 tribal villages of Pali and Naurajabad block (Umariya district), 15 villages of Icchawar and Nasrullaganj block (Shehore District), 16 tribal villages from Ujjain & Ghatiya blocks (Ujjain district), 14 tribal villages from Dharampuri & Mhow block (Indore-Dhar district), 15 tribal villages of Khalwa block (Khandwa district), and 14 villages of Shivpuri block (Shivpuri district).
Target Community: Landless, marginalized farmers, women and youths from SC & ST communities
Total number of households targeted: 8592
Name of tribes and subtribes involved: Bhil (Barela, Bhilala, Patliya) in Jhabuwa, Dhar, Umariya & Shehore Sahariya in Shivpuri and Korku in Khandwa
